The Golesgo Vetting Process
Only 1 in 20 applicants makes it to the driver's seat.
Background & Licensing
Comprehensive criminal background checks, validation of commercial licenses, and a review of a spotless driving record spanning at least 5 years.
Vehicle Inspection
The vehicle must be a late-model luxury car (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi) with immaculate interior and exterior condition, subjected to our 50-point checklist.
Hospitality Training
Applicants undergo situational training. They learn how to read a client's mood, when to speak, when to offer privacy, and how to act as a local concierge.
Test Drive & Final Interview
A rigorous on-road evaluation focusing on smooth braking, route optimization, and evasive driving techniques. Only upon passing this step are they activated.
